Upon purchase please private message via Facebook or Email with the following information;
- Baby's First Name:
- Middle Name/Last Name:
- Date of Birth:
- Weight at Birth (Pounds & Ounces):
- Length at Birth (in CM):
- Time of Birth (in am or pm):
- Place of Birth:
- Two colours of your choice:
- A photo or image of your choice (From our sample images, your own image, or make a request):
- Icons you'd like between the date (eg hearts, stars. I can do pretty much anything you can imagine, feel free to make a request.)
Please Note: Custom orders may take anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks to complete (depending on item, and how many orders I currently have)
